1. Withdrawal Policy

Members can request withdrawals based on their membership type. All withdrawal requests are subject to verification and processing.

  • Free Members: Minimum withdrawal limit is 500 and maximum is 20,000 per day.
  • Premium Members: Minimum withdrawal limit is 200 and maximum is 50,000 per day.
  • Processing Time: All withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours.

2. Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Since our products are digital (courses, PDFs, membership access), refunds are generally not provided once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

3. Duplicate Payments

In case of multiple deductions for a single transaction, please contact our support team with proof of payment for a resolution.

4. Fraudulent Activity

Any account found engaging in fraudulent activities or violating platform policies will have their withdrawal requests rejected and may face account suspension.
